Basics are the most popular item, i'm sure every has them. They are basically things to be matched and paired with other outfits, or just basic with basics. Well, talking about mix and match, it is indeed the safest way to pull all basic items together. but, there are a few styles you can mix with basic items to make you look more interesting and of course, stylish.

First look: Colour me up

and the answer is yes, you can wear two bright colours out loud. with the help of basics, it is not going to  be overwhelming or be too loud. Now in order to wear two loud colours together, the trick is to wear matte/ solid colours in order to tone down the whole look, but leaving it a fashionable mark. See how the heart shape on the loose top is as the same colour as the skirt? sometimes, little details do count. Wear it out loud!

Second look: Print, not copy

For this, you need to find your best figure-hugging jeans you have, because you are so gonna rock those prints! Jeans, denim pants, whatever. They are the most insane, crazy, adorable things that never fallen out of style. Weird enough, people has been rocking them for half a century. 

Prints, whether an abstract or animal print, they are actually very iconic and you might sometimes not wearing it right. The rule to wear many prints at one shot is to go all in one colour scheme. In this second look, I had put in floral, leopard and geometrical patterns all in 1 outfit, and they still look good together. Colours are one important element that you can't miss when you are pairing your outfits. Of course, B/W and earthy tones looks best on everyone. Go smokey eyes !

Third look: I love basics with style

This last look is more like a basic style, but with all different textures and matching colours. There are leather leggings and belt, suede bag and boots, and denim shorts, and cotton tank top and boyfriend shirt! What is cool about this outfit, is that the basics are pulled together with different texture, to give the whole style more sense and taste. It might look like a simple pull on and casual, but God knows, you spend the whole morning on planning your outfit! This look is good enough without the leggings, but it might get cold in autumn! Boyfriend shirt is a big hit this year.
